Strengthen Your Emotional Wellbeing

Please join our free, nationally renowned program called RADical Health! Throughout this 4-session (75 minutes per week) interactive program, we will have engaging discussions, watch videos, and do activities surrounding resilience, connection, stress management, self-care, and overall wellness. Over 400+ students have participated already! You will receive a personalized portal full of wellness resources that never expires and a certificate to put on your resume/LinkedIn!

The meeting dates are Thursdays (starting on April 10) each week, from 3:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m., in person, and I will be your guide!
