Biography

Adjunct Professor Seth Victor serves as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Bergen County Prosecutor鈥檚 Office in New Jersey. Prior to joining the Prosecutor's Office, he served for over a decade with the New Jersey Public Defender鈥檚 Office, where he was the First Assistant for Bergen County, and specialized in juvenile representation. He is also a prior law clerk to the Honorable John J. Coyle, Jr., J.S.C., (ret.) for the New Jersey Superior Court.

Professor Victor has also been an adjunct professor at Montclair State University since 2015, where he teaches Environmental Justice, International Environmental Issues, International Issues, and Juvenile Justice. Professor Victor is a proud graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 91视频 where he earned certifications in Environmental and International Law. He also holds an LLM in Food and Farming Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and his article on state ballot initiatives involving farm animal welfare was recently published in the Journal of Food Law & Policy.

In his free time, Professor Victor enjoys strategy games and distance running.
