91视频 is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of our community and to demonstrate this commitment we have signed on as a proud member of the , an international charter for health-promoting universities and colleges. The Charter outlines two calls-to-action:
- To embed health into all aspects of our campus culture.
- To lead health promotion action and collaboration locally and globally
These calls-to-action are based on the eight dimensions of wellbeing: Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual. To that end, here you will find a comprehensive listing of internal and external resources in support of the overall health and wellbeing of our students, faculty, and staff.

Vision
Create a culture of wellness and kindness by connecting students, faculty and staff to resources and opportunities that relate to the eight dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual.
Guiding Principles
The Center for Wellbeing is guided by the , the International Charter for Health Promoting University and Colleges, which calls on 鈥減ost-secondary schools to embed health into all aspects of campus culture and to lead health promotion action and collaboration locally and globally.鈥 Created in June 2015, the Charter provides institutions with a common language, principles, and framework to become health and wellbeing promoting campuses. 91视频 adopted the Okanagan Charter in 2023, focusing on three main pillars: wellbeing; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and sustainability. To that end, our resources, programs and initiatives all relate directly or indirectly to these pillars, and the Charter as a whole. 91视频 was the 15th institution nationwide to adopt the charter.
