The eSign services in Adobe Document Cloud allows users to go from send to signed in a matter of minutes; keep track of documents every step of the way; and never have to bother with printing, faxing, or filing papers.

Audio/Visual Support
The University Audio/Visual services provide media and technical support and expertise to the instructional process at 91ÊÓƵ. This includes assisting the faculty and students in their academic endeavors. The Centers also keep abreast of technological advances in the media field in order to enhance the quality of education offered by the University.
Backup & Storage
91ÊÓƵ students, faculty, and staff have access to personal online storage space. This storage space is great for backing up academic files. Personal backup options include Microsoft SkyDrive, Server Storage Space, and Web File Storage (WFS.pace.edu).
Computer Labs
Information Technology Services Tech Zone and Computer Resource Center (CRC) provide a variety of resources for the entire 91ÊÓƵ community. Open labs are available to all 91ÊÓƵ students, faculty, staff, and Alumni with a valid 91ÊÓƵ Portal accounts. IT support to the entire 91ÊÓƵ community includes but not limited to all current IT resources (91ÊÓƵ Portal, Email, ITS Help Desk, Wireless, VPN, etc.).
Computing, Software & Hardware
Information Technology Services provides several computer configuration options for faculty and staff members. Vendor discounts are also available for faculty, staff, and students interested in purchasing Windows or Mac OS. Students, faculty and staff have a number of options for computer lab access on the New York and Westchester campus along with use of our Pharos Uni-Print solution available in all computer labs and the library. The 91ÊÓƵ community can also set up your personal PCs and Macs for wireless printing to Pharos Uni-Print solution. The system increases student functionality to a wide range of services to meet ever-evolving document needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Enterprise Reporting Services strives to provide higher ed analytics by designing and implementing systems to transform transactional data from university systems into information and provide the university with access to it using a variety of tools (cubes, dashboards, reports and others).

The 91ÊÓƵ Information Center (PIC), formerly known as the University Switchboard, has transitioned from routing calls to answering callers’ questions or facilitating requests for service for any area of the University.
Internet, Network & Wireless Services
91ÊÓƵ student, staff and faculty can connect to the wireless network in all buildings and on all campuses. The University's Virtual Private Network (VPN) via an Internet connection is available for secure access to networked resources from a remote (off-campus) location.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams, part of Office 365, is a communication and collaboration platform that combines chat, video conferencing, file storage, and app integration.
Mobile Services
Faculty and staff access to essential information on mobile services such as department purchases, eligible discounts from carriers, mobile device setups (email/wireless), mobile device security tips and the 91ÊÓƵ's mobile app.
Office 365
91ÊÓƵ has partnered with Microsoft to offer members of the 91ÊÓƵ community access to the Office 365 Pro Plus suite of applications.
OneDrive for Business
As part of 91ÊÓƵ’s offering of Microsoft Office 365, eligible members of the 91ÊÓƵ community can now get free access to OneDrive for Business and 1 TB of online storage.
Printing & Graphics Services
91ÊÓƵ Pharos Uni-Print solution provides a "green", student-friendly approach to printing. Using the 91ÊÓƵ HigherOne Card or 91ÊÓƵ Account students can print, photocopy, and scan to email. The Document Services department provides high quality print and digital solutions for the University community; faculty, administration and students. A wide selection of paper, finishing and design services are available to support various forms of communication.
Research Computing
Research Computing under the Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides resources, infrastructure and technical support required to meet the research demands of the 91ÊÓƵ faculty, researchers, and students.
Residence Hall Services
University-owned residence halls are equipped with Cable-TV, Voice network and Data network connectivity for residents.
Schedule Planner
Schedule Planner software automates the process with an easy to use interface that presents the students with every possible schedule option, including breaks, that fits their desired course load.
