A hold may be placed on your student account by many different departments for many reasons, usually because you need to provide information or complete a required task. All holds, including Immunization Compliance and Past Due Balance holds, must be cleared before you can register for classes. To view any holds on your account access "Student Profile" in your and click "View Holds."

Advisement
Reach out to your academic advisor to discuss academic courses, degree requirements, major, class registration. Students who do not know their advisor can consult Degree Works in Portal, confirm through 鈥淢y Success Network鈥 in OnTrack, email whoismyadvisor@pace.edu.
Athletics
Engage with the Athletic Department by contacting Claudia Stabile at (914) 773-3684 or cstabile@pace.edu. If you think a hold may be related to athletic equipment please email Alexis Thompson at athompson2@pace.edu.
Collection Exit Holds
You must submit a Perkins or Nursing loan exit counseling form required by the terms of your promissory note. Engage with the Collection Department at (914) 923-2858 for more information on how to clear the exit counseling hold.
First-Year Advising
Engage with the Office of the First Year Experience to discuss academic courses, degree requirements, major, class registration. Your Univ 101 instructor is your academic advisor.
Graduate Admissions

Undergraduate Admissions
You have outstanding admission requirements (e.g., missing official transcript, official test scores, etc.) Contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission at undergradadmissions@pace.edu or call them in NYC at (212) 346-1323 or in Westchester at (914) 773-3746.
Immunization Compliance
You have outstanding NYS Department of Health requirements. Engage with the immunization compliance staff in the Student Accounts Office at (914) 422-4699 or immunizationcompliance@pace.edu.
