Those extra few minutes between meetings, for bio breaks or email catch-ups or even just a walk around the room, can make a world of difference; meetings longer than an hour should be planned with short breaks. Review the list of your team members invited to a meeting and determine if there is a real need to participate.

Delayed Delivery of Emails
In the spirit of respecting your employees鈥 time, use the Outlook feature of delayed delivery. Determine if your email communications need to reach your employees outside of work hours.
