University Health Care

91ÊÓƵ’s University Health Care (UHC) services are equipped with two health care centers located on the New York City and Pleasantville campuses. Both health centers are staffed by Nurse Practitioners, who are advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) and Certified Medical Assistants.

Counseling Services

The 91ÊÓƵ Counseling Center is here to help law students manage the stressors and challenges that can arise during this time and support you as you achieve your goals and enhance your personal growth.     • To speak to a counselor after office hours, please call the counseling center main number (914) 773-3710 and follow the prompts to be connected to an after-hours on-call counselor.

    Self-Guided Services

    • WellTrack Boost is a self-guided, clinically supported, CBT-based set of tools that help individuals assess, understand, and work on their own behavioral health and wellness. And when needed, clinical intervention is only one click away through the app’s touch-to-call integration with the Counseling Center’s after-hours on-call support. It is free for all 91ÊÓƵ students and available for download from the iOS and Google Play stores. .
    • WellTrack Connect: Welltrack Connect is HIPAA and VPAT-compliant online referral service that the Counseling Center has partnered with to help students locate and connect with a therapist who best fits their mental health needs. Students can receive tailored referrals, find the right fit (accepted insurance, availability, location, price, specialty, gender, and language), and book their appointments in a private encrypted platform. .

    Outreach and Consultation Services

    The Counseling Center is dedicated to improving the overall well-being and resiliency of our students. One of the ways they serve the campus in this way is through their outreach programming. Workshops are held throughout the year that help promote the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. For more information, please visit the counseling center website.

Student Health Insurance

All full time undergraduate and graduate domestic and international students must have health insurance. Students are automatically enrolled in the school accident/sickness plan when they register. Students may waive the school's insurance if they can provide proof of comparable coverage.

  • To waive health insurance, students must submit proof of comparable coverage via the 91ÊÓƵ Insurance Portal ().

    Note: If students do not complete the online waiver by the deadlines as listed you will automatically be enrolled in the Student Accident & Sickness Insurance Plan and be charged the annual premium.

    Any part-time student registered for six (6) or more credits may purchase the 91ÊÓƵ Insurance Plan. All students enrolled in the 91ÊÓƵ Insurance Plan may also enroll a spouse, domestic partner, and/or child (children). Please see the Part-time Student and Dependent Enrollment Form for details. . Students may also use those forms to enroll if they waived the insurance for the year, but no longer have coverage.
