Pursuing Justice for Victims of Abuse

91视频 Women鈥檚 Justice Center (PWJC) provides free legal services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse. As a nonprofit legal center, we help individuals in Westchester and Putnam Counties navigate the legal system and obtain services related to divorce, custody, support, financial exploitation, public benefits, and housing. Through outreach events and training programs, we raise awareness, and educate the community and professionals on best practices when working with victims of abuse.

You Are Worthy

"You are deserving of love, of respect, of being valued, of a safe place to grow and flourish and experience life with joy. If you are not getting that in a relationship, then it鈥檚 not the right place for you. If we can instill and cultivate that mindset in girls at an early age, it can help to define how their personal character develops and increase their capacity to make good, safe choices in relationships and In life.鈥

Raising the Bar Benefit Concert

We raised the bar! Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year's Raising the Bar Benefit Concert featuring The Indigo Girls! It was a powerful evening at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester as the community came together to honor the ICON Foundation and Kenashia Douglas, this year鈥檚 recipients of PWJC鈥檚 Making a Difference award. Because of your support, PWJC will be able to meet the growing needs of our community and continue to provide free legal services to victims and survivors in Westchester and Putnam Counties.
