Residence Hall

On-Campus Housing

Dannat Hall is located on the campus of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 91视频. This 104 unit residence hall is conveniently situated just steps from classes and campus activities, affording many benefits for law students. All rooms are single occupancy and furnished. Large units are furnished with a full-sized bed, two closets, one bureau, a large desk and office chair, a nightstand, a microfridge, and a small table with two chairs. Small units are furnished with a twin-sized bed, one dresser, a microfridge, a desk and an office chair, and a nightstand. Windows in each unit are covered with mini-blinds, and residents share common, single-sex bathrooms on each floor. Dannat Hall is also equipped with wireless internet, a lounge on every floor, a kitchen, laundry room, recreation room, and fitness room. The Library, Dining Hall, Wellness Center and other campus amenities are all within close proximity for the convenience of our residents.

The policies contained in this document apply to all individuals living within Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 91视频鈥檚 residence hall, including all properties owned and leased by 91视频. These policies apply year-round, including the summer term.

  • Small Single Room (approx. 16ft-by-8ft) | $5,790 per semester
  • Large Single Room (approx. 16ft-by-12ft) | $7,125/semester

Off-Campus Housing

Students choosing to live off-campus will need to secure their accommodations independently. There are many off-campus housing opportunities within walking distance of the campus. Students who desire to live outside the White Plains area but who do not have access to a motor vehicle may wish to consider towns on the Metro-North Harlem train line, as they connect easily to White Plains.
