Attorneys: CLE Programs
To obtain New York CLE credit for a CLE program hosted by the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 91ÊÓƵ, all program participants must complete, sign and return the required CLE forms to Haub Law’s CLE Coordinator, within 2 weeks of course completion.
For CLE programs in traditional live classroom format, please complete the required Attendance Sheet by signing in and out, as well as entering your time in and out, on the appropriate Attendance Sheet. For CLE programs in nontraditional formats such as webinars, teleconferences, prerecorded videos, etc., please complete two (2) forms, (i) the required Attendance Sheet, AND (ii) the required Attorney Affirmation which must include your signature and all CLE Codes announced throughout the CLE program.

After our CLE Coordinator verifies your attendance for a CLE program, a NYS Certificate of Attendance will be issued to you within 60 days of the program date.
Below is a list of our recent and upcoming CLE programs and the forms required for each program. Please complete and submit all applicable forms to Debra M. Burg at dburg@law.pace.edu.
Law Students: PD Credit Programs
Certain CLE programs will be offered to law students for Professional Development (PD) Credit. Law students that attend a CLE program being offered for PD Credit, may receive PD Credit by completing a PD Credit Law Student Affirmation. This required form must include your signature and all CLE Codes announced throughout the CLE program and be submitted to Debra M. Burg at dburg@law.pace.edu.

Due to privacy restrictions, Haub Law does not record all CLE programs. Programs that are recorded will be provided only to those who pre-register for the CLE program. CLE credit is available to those who pre-register, view the entire recording, and submit their CLE form documents within two (2) weeks of the live zoom course.

The New York CLE Rules and Regulations permit the issuance of partial CLE Credit on a case-by-case basis. If you seek partial CLE Credit for a program that you attended, please consult Haub Law’s CLE coordinator, Debra Burg at dburg@law.pace.edu.

Haub Law offers a variety of free CLE courses throughout the year as a benefit to Law School Alumni. We welcome other attorneys to join our CLE courses, but request a $50 donation to supplement course instruction and CLE administration.

We can issue New York State CLE credit for Haub Law approved programs, and programs based in New York State. Haub Law School is not accredited to offer CLE in any other jurisdictions. If you are an out-of-state attorney looking to use credit you received by attending a Haub Law School program to satisfy your state’s requirements, please check your state’s CLE guidelines for their reciprocity rule.
